Super Excited!
I am so excited today, I finally achieved my goal of 5 recruits to join my Avon team! I am so happy about going into leadership, and I am brainstorming some ideas for my team to help one another.
Another awesome thing is I finally am done with my little "Pamper Me Bundle" that I am going to be dropping off at a consignment shop. People who purchase items from her store will be able to enter to win this cute bundle I made. I think it will help the both of us business wise.
My new leadership goal now, is to find 5 more people to join my awesome team. I am also brainstorming for Incentative ideas for everyone to help keep motivated with their sales =) (More you sale, more you earn!!! ).

Got my first Bonus today from AVON woot!
checked the mail today, And I got my $25 bonus! Soo excited.. It may not be much, but it was well earned, and it's only a portion of achieving my goal so I am very excited over it!
I am in the process of making a Gift Basket for a shop. Everyone who shops in her shop will be able to enter to win, I think it will help both of us business wise and I am very excited. I am very determined to succeed, One goal at a time.

My personal reasons why I love AVON and always looking for motivational, determined people!
1. AVON is a very well known company, especially for their make-up line, fragrances and skincare products. If you seriously go to 10 people, and ask each if they ever heard of AVON, I guarentee you will get more Yes's then No's. This makes it so much easier to offer your business services to people.
2. I love the fact I feel more independent, but at the same time, not completely alone. You meet so many wonderful other reps who share great ideas with each other, Your team is there to help you if you need, and to support you. If you have questions on anything, There will always be someone you can ask, I can't tell you how many friendships of other reps, I have built. and even some customers =)
3. Having your own AVON webstore! I love love love having my own webstore so people can shop online anytime at their own convenience.
4, The opportunity to run fundraisers, or Online Parties or even Home parties. You can even set up online fundraisers and online parties at no cost right through your Avon site =)
5. You get what you put into your business. I'm not going to lie, the more you work for it, the more you will earn!. You have to put into a business and build it, if you want to become successful. You have to go out there, and jump in! I LOVE the fact that AVON gives you the opportunity to become successful! You just have to grab it!
6. I love the training courses, they are so useful and you can learn so much from it, and use it to help your business grow along with reps who are willing to help you with advice, tips and tricks as well!
7. The flexibility is awesome. I love being able to spend time with my son as much as I can, Normally I work on AVON when he's at school, then when he is sleeping. When he is home, we spend our time together, whether it is homework, or something creative or going outside.
8. AVON has built my self esteem. Meeting other reps, Learning they're products, using, experimenting with make up and such, I love their Make-Up lol. But knowing I am working on building something on my own, really boosts my esteem.. Even if I might have a bad Campaign, I tell myself it's okay because I will make the next one better!

My new AVON Sanctuary at home lol
Yep, I have been working on making my own Sanctuary of AVON products! So far I think I am doing pretty awesome with it. Some of my plans are maybe raffles or Gift Baskets.
