I am sooo excited!  I feel that a lot of my work has finally paid off. First.. I went to the bank this morning to get quarters for laundry (That i'm sure we all just love to do!). Then I come home, and about 2 hours after (Bank is closed at this time) I received 2 checks from Avon! 

I got them for bonus's for my awesome team as they have pursued in joining my team and becoming and Avon Rep. I am happy that I am taking leadership, I know it isn't easy but I never gave up and I know I will one day truly succeed.. But on that note, even this to me is inching to success. 

A little income is better than no income at all right? and this is just the start for me.

Well hello to everyone! I am super excited today. It's been a big roller-coaster ride for me. I have been getting out of my comfort zone lately and meeting some new people, which I have gotten a couple new order's which is great!

Super Excited!

I am so excited today, I finally achieved my goal of 5 recruits to join my Avon team! I am so happy about going into leadership, and I am brainstorming some ideas for my team to help one another.

Got my first Bonus today from AVON woot!

checked the mail today, And I got my $25 bonus! Soo excited.. It may not be much, but it was well earned, and it's only a portion of achieving my goal so I am very excited over it!

If you seriously go to 10 people, and ask each if they ever heard of AVON, I guarentee you will get more Yes's then No's. This makes it so much easier to offer your business services to people. 

2. I love the fact I feel more independent, but at the same time, not completely alone. You meet so many wonderful other reps who share great ideas with each other, Your team is there to help you if you need, and to support you. If you have questions on anything, There will always be someone you can ask, I can't tell you how many friendships of other reps, I have built. and even some customers =)

3. Having your own AVON webstore! I love love love having my own webstore so people can shop online anytime at their own convenience. 

4, The opportunity to run fundraisers, or Online Parties or even Home parties. You can even set up online fundraisers and online parties at no cost right through your Avon site =) 

5. You get what you put into your business. I'm not going to lie, the more you work for it, the more you will earn!. You have to put into a business and build it, if you want to become successful. You have to go out there, and jump in!  I LOVE the fact that AVON gives you the opportunity to become successful! You just have to grab it! 

6. I love the training courses, they are so useful and you can learn so much from it, and use it to help your business grow along with reps who are willing to help you with advice, tips and tricks as well! 

7. The flexibility is awesome. I love being able to spend time with my son as much as I can, Normally I work on AVON when he's at school, then when he is sleeping. When he is home, we spend our time together, whether it is homework, or something creative or going outside. 

8. AVON has built my self esteem. Meeting other reps, Learning they're products, using, experimenting with make up and such, I love their Make-Up lol. But knowing I am working on building something on my own, really boosts my esteem.. Even if I might have a bad Campaign, I tell myself it's okay because I will make the next one better!

Here's an example of why the Mega Effects Mascara is amazing!

So recently, My best friend has ordered the Mega Effects Mascara to try.. I asked her if she could take a picture or two when she uses it so we can see a difference in her eye lashes, and the results was amazing! 

As you can see, The left side she has applied the Mega Effects Mascara and the right side she has not. 

It really gives your eye lashes a very rich Volume and dense giving you more of a dramatic look!
