Well hello to everyone! I am super excited today. It's been a big roller-coaster ride for me. I have been getting out of my comfort zone lately and meeting some new people, which I have gotten a couple new order's which is great! 

Avon has been so wonderful for me, and jumping into leadership has been a challenge but I don't give up to easily. 

I am still working on finding those who would like to start Avon join my team for only $10. I think after the Holidays, I am going to start coming up with some cool incenatives for my team for their accomplishments too.
